DAN GRIFFITH
As an avid baseball/softball player and a popular stage actor, DAN GRIFFITH has been hitting it out of the park for decades! However, the role of the Reverend Arthur Humphrey has thrown Dan a curve ball. Can he play timid? “This role is fun,” Dan says, “because I’ve often played tough, stronger characters. Arthur lacks confidence, is unsure of himself in social situations. Pretty much anybody who meets me quickly figures out that I am not a shrinking violet!” Dan has performed in over forty productions throughout his acting career and he is especially happy to note that, just as he celebrates his fifteenth show at Ignite, the theatre, itself, is celebrating a 15th Birthday. Dan is University Architect at Gonzaga University; serves as the Ignite! Board president; and is a member of the musical variety group Just Us which entertains at retirement centers throughout the region.
