Ticket Resale and
Sold Out Performance Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to curtain time to claim your reserved tickets.

This is especially crucial when we experience sold out performances. In these circumstances, we try to allow as many people as possible to see the show. Therefore, Ignite! reserves the right to resell unclaimed tickets at the announced curtain time.

If a ticket holder has purchased tickets but does not arrive by curtain time of the show, tickets will be resold to patrons on our waiting list.

If you arrive late and your ticket has been resold, you may be offered the option to change your attendance date as circumstances allow and seating is available, or you may receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

A refund is not offered to those who do not arrive on the date they reserved.

We appreciate your help and cooperation.

Season ticket sales have concluded for the 2019-2020
15th season.

Each spring season tickets go on sale for the following season.  Season ticket holders receive admission to all five fully produced Footlight productions as well as all three Booklight readers theatre performances and monthly improv shows. You won’t find a better deal in the area than to have season tickets at Ignite!  Season tickets for Ignite!'s 2019-2020 season were just $60 each.  This works out to an incredibly low price of $12 per performance for our five fully staged productions.

Announcements will be made when season tickets are available for the 2020-2021 16th season.  You won’t want to miss out on the best deal in town so watch for the announcement of the new season and when season tickets go on sale.
